Returns
Returns may be requested within 30 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, puzzles must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging and shipping container.Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Items purchased on sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund

We offer exchanges only in the case of a manufacturer defect. If your puzzle arrives with an issue, please reach out so we can make it right:

We are unable to reship or refund orders impacted by incorrect shipping addresses, including auto-fill errors
Purchases made outside of promotional periods are not eligible for retroactive discounts

Orders that are refused, returned due to insufficient or incorrect address, or abandoned in transit will be refunded excluding original shipping costs. Items must remain unopened to qualify.

Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the care of the shipping carrier.
For lost or stolen packages, please file a claim directly with the carrier
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items and do not offer refunds in these cases
If you need to contact us, please do so within 24 hours of the package being marked as delivered
