Orders are carefully packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Standard Shipping times apply to all non-expedited shipping options.
Estimated delivery dates are provided by the carrier and may vary. While we do our best to get your puzzle to you quickly, we’re unable to guarantee arrival dates or control carrier delays.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout, especially when using autofill options like Apple Pay.
Orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses are not eligible for refunds. If a package is returned, it can be reshipped with the purchase of new postage, or refunded for the product only (original shipping costs are non-refundable). -
If your package is marked as delivered but hasn’t arrived, we recommend contacting your carrier directly with your tracking number as soon as possible.
In many cases, packages are mis-delivered and can be recovered quickly. -
